Matthew Rathbun's Biography

I have had a high success rate with client success rate over the past several years. I have achieved many professional designations, including Top Producer, Past REALTOR Rookie of the Year and more. I am currently the chair of the Educational Chair for the Association of REALTORS and spend a lot of time educating and training other REALTORS. Among my other designations and my training as a Broker, I am well prepared to handle your real estate transaction.

I have been in the Fredericksburg area all my life. Last year, my wife Jennifer and my beautiful three daughters moved to Caroline Virginia to help with a Church plant that was sent out by Grace Church in Fredericksburg, where we have been for about 15 years. We homeschool and are happy to share information about it with anyone looking to do so or needing information.

I have over 10 years of emergency services background and also worked in technology before getting into Real Estate. I use the knowledge gained from these fields to better serve my clients. I have significant knowledge of the area and a good working knowledge of what technology can do to make life easier.
