David Moakler – HomeSavers USA - CEO
After helping 24,000 families over 14 years of service, HomeSavers USA closed its doors in June of 2007.
After leading a lobbying effort to help maintain reasonable debt counseling laws, Moakler and his company found themselves in the cross hairs of an aggressive opponent. When questionable accusations and lawsuits harmed the company’s reputation, HomeSavers USA had no choice but to wind down its operation. The company’s website remains as a source of web traffic and useful content. We wish Mr. Moakler well in his future endeavors.

I use to work for him and Denise. I left because there were to many questions that about the process that I didn;t get clarity on to assist the cusdtomers. I myself asked what was the company about and how the company helped the customers, I was told that I didn't have to worry about that, I was just hired to assist the customer through the 1st phase of the interview. Its sad this had to happen to so many people that needed help, i guess I should have figured that out considering we couldn't help the people in the city I was working out of. How sad, very sad....
