They have called us and sent us letters, but some of the people we talked to are very rude and we have tried to send payments and they send them back and say if we don't send the full amount there is no help for us!!

When you have a mortgage company that has no relief program to help people that have had a mortgage with them for many years to even try and keep the property up then I feel that is neglectful to the home buyer, also when you try to get someone to refinance the home then they talk about tacking back on those interest payments that you were relieved of because of your income, that means no one wants to touch that mortgage because it's like starting over a 30 year mortgage. There has been no relief in sight.
