About CCCS of CNY


Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Central New York has main offices in Syracuse, Utica, Albany, and Watertown.


We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) agency. We are licensed by the New York State Banking Department as a Budget Planner. We are approved by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development as a Comprehensive Housing Counseling Agency. We are a member-affiliate of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling and we maintain accreditation through the Council on Accreditation.

Our services are available to all who seek them. There are no income qualifying guidelines for our free financial counseling. Consumers who participate in our Debt Management Program must have financial resources sufficient to meet basic living expenses and provide funds for debt repayment.
