I welcome the opportunity to assist as a resource for your clients real estate needs.
I have been a full time Realtor since 1999 and was previously in new sales management for 5 years before joining my current brokerage, Coldwell Banker.
I am dedicated to improving my skills having earned my brokers license in 2005 and have completed designations as an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR), a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I am also a certified negotiation specialist,have credentials regarding relocation certification and continuing education regarding the short sale and foreclosure market.
Real Estate is a personal service business. Every transaction is different because of the people involved and their unique needs. It's the attitude and approach to fulfilling those needs that make the difference.
