Serving South Florida’s residential and commercial real estate market since 1997, RE/MAX Premier Associate, Shirelle Tianvan and Team provide complete service solutions to market, manage and sell REO properties throughout Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Ongoing property preservation and immediate property sales is our specialty.

Our sales force consists of 40+ full time licensed real estate agents, including a team of 17 buyer’s agents; 2 full time property managers and field support staff; 2 REO transaction managers; 1 full time marketing director; 2 on-staff appraisers; and a host of vendor partners. Our team approach enables us to effectively handle all details involved in selling REO properties, while providing quick responses to all inquires 7 days a week. Our deployment of proactive measures to protect our client’s assets and transactions until they close makes us the brokerage firm of choice.
