AFS hired Shane Media Productions (SMP) to create a data base for our use. Shane Media Productions gave us an incomplete data base that was untested and it had an incredible amount of functionality issues that simply did not work. He claimed that this was all our fault since we did not test his work. The company that is hired to provide a service needs to take some responsibility for the functionality of the product that was created for the client. Testing is something that needs to be done by the creator as well.

We are simply trying to convey to others that through our experience with working with Shane Media Productions; we've come to the conclusion that the work was of very low quality, lacks professionalism, and is in our opinion not up to industry standards.

Please use your better judgement when dealing with this company. This has been our finding based on the work accomplished by Shane Media Productions.
