About US Loss Mitigation Services
This company does sales training to do loss mitigation work. They probably sign up affiliates across the US to find clients who need help with foreclosure. The affiliate would sign them up and someone else would do loss mitigation work.

Stan Schultz is dishonest. you will get ripped off if you deal with him. He can talk a good game but he will never deliver. Don't do business with him you will regret it. Stay Away!

by Anonymous From Rockwall, TX on July 10, 2009
Phones are disconnected! They say it is a glitch in their system! HaHa! As a business owner, I would have had that glitch fixed day one, this has been going on for a month!

Stan, I was not the one who posted information about you and your company. I have not been concerned about you or your company since we left you in 2007. You need to make sure you have the right person before you make a comment. I don't wish you bad but you must have made some enemies out there to write comments like that. Again, It wasn't us. We are to busy focusing on the positive. Jeanne Bolton

I have personally worked for this company, Jeanne bolton was fired by USLM for Fraud and for stealing money from our members who paid them $1400 per short sale, we sent a total of 15 to them and they closed 1 in a year and never refunded the money back to our members. We do not have any members even located in Riverside NJ nor have we in the past 5 years (and yes i do have the records to prove this) we also have only had one member out of New Port Richey FL, and that the member that posted a comment below in 2007, it just goes to show you what length a company will go to, in order to bad mouth a company that does a a lot better than they do. Since they have only been around for 3 years i'm not surprised they post this blog. This would be the only way to get business from us is to bad mouth, but then again it shows you the ethical stance of a company that cant get business on their own unless they bad mouth other companies. **AFS note** We provide a forum for homeowners to communicate with one another. It gives them a place to convey their personal experiences with Mortgage Servicers. We have neither the time nor the inclination to post all of these comments.

You stink! The whole company is a mess, you are an idiot and you don't know the first thing about your own product, hey lets have a phone conference????!!!! Keep the dogs quiet you crazy man. You ruined my life, thanks Stan

Every negative comment on this site is true. They will rip you off. I'll bet the couple of good comments were done by him!

by Anonymous From Riverside, NJ on January 24, 2009
He sends out 1099's to associates you have never been paid a dime. What a joke. The attorney general needs to investigate this company.

by get f--t! From New Port Richey, FL on January 18, 2009
If you like to waste your time & money, USLM is for you. I never got paid. Lie and steal, thats what they do.

by John From Yorktown, VA on January 15, 2009
I agree with how funny it is that they claim this company scams them, i have been a member since 2005 and have never had an issue, the only members i know that have had issues with this company are members who are caught doing things unethical and then get terminated due to that fact. Check the BBB their record is all that matters, if these complaints were real how come they were not filled with the BBB?

by Tony From Cibolo, TX on December 18, 2008
This is funny how everyone is bad mouthing a company, but yet not willing to give their names.. haha.. Anonymous, what a joke.. Anyways, I've only been signed up with this company for a couple of months.. Havent closed any deals as of yet, but thats my fault not the companies.. Ive got plenty of approvals, but just havent closed the deals.. Cant blame them for me not being able to close the deal..

Stan Schultz is a liar and thief. He owes me over $2000. He gave misinformation on the 5pm calls. Which I told to my clients. As previously said he changes procedures and fee structures constantly. Stay clear of USLM if you want to be successful in this business.

by Anonymous From Opelika, AL on October 15, 2008
Funny, how I notice that Stan Schultz says that nobody has ever had 60 caes in one month from an individual, because I STILL to this day have the paperwork to PROVE IT!!!! Not to mention, my business partner of whom I'm still friends with who did this business with me, including the 15 employees that my partner and I had who worked for us! Stan, you are just absolutely a disgusting habitual greedy liar! I could also put you in touch with the clients themselves also, as I also STILL to this day have the paperwork on them even!

I've been with the US Loss Mitigation since Sept 27th of 2007, contrary to other statements posted here, I've been paid on every case worked through their organization. I was with another group, that was a student of Mr. Schultz out of AZ, and I left them to stay with the real deal with experience. I pay Mr. Schultz for the deals I run through his organization (outsource my work to them). He has never had to pay me I've always pay him $350 flat fee to work my cases - it's great. Best decision I've ever made. TF California

Stan Schultz is a ex-partner of my husband Robert Bolton who teaches Short sale Millions. We disassociated with him in February because of dishonesty. He has since stolen our joint website which we paid half for and continues to advertise short sale training on the site. He uses my husbands materials and has Robert's forms in his back office. We are very happy to no longer be with him. I'm happy you have this site so the truth can come out.

I worked briefly with US Loss Mitigation, for only a few months. Per our contract, if we no longer wish to be a member, we have to notify in writing. I have sent numerous emails, and have also mailed in my resignation. I have resigned from this company a minimum of 4 times. They are still billing me the 24.95 monthly fee. Whenever I call to discuss this, I am told that they never have received my emails or letter, although I have the "read receipts" as proof. Please be careful when choosing a loss mitigation company, and stay as far away from USLM as possible!

Stan Schultz runs a rip off operation. His only interest in life is collecting a $550 fee for "processing" the sale the agents he trains complete. Beware of this company, as a consumer and possible business opportunity. Stan Schltz Peggy Orye and team are nothing but a band of modern day thieves who prey on desperate consumers.

by Director of Operations From Poquoson, VA on September 13, 2007
We have always paid our associates this is just a fabrication to try and derail our credibility and length of business in this industry (going on 23 years) to attempt enhancing our competitors inexperience. We have never lost a home PERIOD. We have never had an associate provide 60 cases per month individually - false and misleading. Please review updated testimonial and recordings www.edualmi.com and www.uslossmitigation.com. Please do your research. Thank you.

by Anonymous From Opelika, AL on July 03, 2007
I worked for Stan and his company for about three months or maybe longer (it has been a while). I sent in deal after deal after deal (I was averaging roughly 60 deals or more a month) considering I had 15 people working for me at the time and he NEVER paid me or any of the people that were working for me! I was left holding the bag and had to pay all of these people out of my own pocket. I ended up eventually having to file bankruptcy because of this! I agree with someone else's comment - "Stan promises the world and then does NOT deliver!" This is so true! I worked my butt off for this man and probably made millions for him doing so. I quickly learned my lesson that I was NOT ever going to get paid! BEWARE of US Loss Mitigation! Better do your homework before getting involved with this company!

by JUSTIN From New Port Richey, FL on June 04, 2007
I'VE WORKED FOR THEM FOR 8 YEARS ARE GREAT AND HAVE ALWAYS PAID ME.

by !!!!!!!!!!!!! From Wake Forest, NC on April 10, 2007
They are a Joke . They are signing people up all over the us . Changing their fee structure every month. Stan promises the world , but cannot deliver.

by Anonymous From Naples, FL on March 12, 2007
I have worked with Stan Schultz and his company. They often lose homes and most often do not pay their consultants.

I had worked with this gentlemen for many years and he continues to provide me beneficial information to help me with my operation - his talent as a mitigator is amazing. Mr. Schultz, I've noticed that 3 out 4 of these posts are competitors - you must be doing something right or they would not feel the need to post misinformation. Keep up the good work and ignore them.
