On 7/19/07 We received a call from an attorney saying that they were going to sue us for slander. Slander is something that is untrue. We have not said anything here that can be considered slander. You decide...
On 5/1 /07 Steven called us from this company. He indicated that we were using a picture from his website illegally. We don't have time to argue with people so we deleted it.
In a call to Sean, they indicated that they charge one months mortgage as a deposit and they said they guarantee if they can't get a workout they'll refund that. I did not see a contract to see how that would work. This call was recorded for quality assurance.

Mortgage default assistance took us for $900 and i later found out they are a fraud we almost lost our home. we had a sale date and all..had to clear out my husband's 401K to save our home. we are in the process of suing them. this company is defunct and is in the process of folding so we may be out of our $900 but i want them to pay for all they did and the pain. suffering and LIES they told us. they did absolutely nothing for THREE months no phone calls, faxes, nothing. crooks!

Mortgage Default assistance took us for $1000.00 and never helped us, never called us nothing. did everything they said to do but nothing from them. Now my husband and I are losing our home. I would not used them!!!!!

Well MDA is now out of Business, as I was told by the BBB......so good for them, but I ofcourse never got my $1000 back and we lost our house and moved.
