Called and spoke to Brian at length they charged $2300 to do loss mitigation work and offer a guarantee. I did not see a contract on how this worked.

AG shut this company down!They are being sued in a lot of states. Tom Law is opening another scam company in Oldsmar, FL. Stay away from all companies that want an upfront fee.
