12/28 We received a call from them, they said that they were not a part of Citadel Capital... so we removed that link. They also asked us to remove their logo from our website. Please do you own research on them.

They make promises they can not keep. They are unreponsive to calls or written inquiries of status of case. They charge up front fee's which where illegal in my state.

When my wife and I lived in Arkansas we purchased a house and when my wife developed breast cancer we got behind on our house payments.We contacted homestead protection services and talked with Tom Walter.They assured us that we would be ok,but they needed 997.00 dollars upfront so my wife an I agreed.One day I get a call at work from them letting me know that everything is taken care of and we would get a fresh start .Me and my wife were excited,so they fed ex some papers to us and to our surprise the mortgage company wanted 2500.00 dollars more.I called hps and they denied ever telling me that we could start payments with a clean slate.I was very angry with this company and never got my money back because of their lies.
