I have worked with American Loss Mitigation Consortium and Mr. Dan Schultz for about 10 months now; the training, site and all that was promised has been delivered, top notch company. I find anonymous post very suspicious, not that all companies, especially as large as American Loss Mitigation Consortium is not going to have dissatisfied customers from time to time. I find anyone whom would post an anonymous remark, is most likely either a competitor or a past associate that was terminated. I checked the BBB, and legitimate industry professionals and Dan Schultz and ALMC was the one I was directed to. Just thought I should make a honest remark of my experience with ALMC. American Loss Mitigation - Dan Schultz's company, promise the world and simply don't deliver. They take your money and do nothing. They are one of many companies that are frauding people out of their money. They actually have people who scour the internet looking for negative posts or info about them so that they can keep a professional image. Steer clear of Dan AND Stan. You do not want to waste your time.

I spoke with both Stan and Dan who basically told me they were merging their companies. I went with Dan and paid over $400 and did not receive the trainging information nor the website logins I was promised. I switched to Stan's company and what a nightmare it has been. Website continually down, logins to back office fail constantly and their phone number is now disconnected. My advice is to stay away from both brothers!

I currently work my cases through American Loss Mitigation Consortium, and I though I would make a comment here, unlike the pre-pored few cases that the anonymous gentlemen had from Amherst, my over all experience with American Loss Mitigation Consortium has been top notch, in their initial and follow up training and support. I have completed 342 cases to date and currently have 132 open cases with them, I originated approximately 22 cases per month. This was all possible because of one man and his operation; Dan Schultz and American Loss Mitigation consortium. They only allow business professionals with the necessary back grounds to be part of the consortium, which being a CPA/Attorney was a must for me. Mr. Schultz program and his 24 plus years directly in loss mitigation and administration law. A wealth of information for the professional community...Phil, Oakdale, NY

I signed up with and worked with Dan Schultz's organization - American Loss Mitigation Consortium. At first he was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned with helping me grow a business and with serving my clients. After a while it became clear he didn't have sufficient staff to properly service my clients, and the results generally weren't great. When I confronted him he began overcharging me. He stated at the time the fee would be $300 per case, but it ended up being over $1,000 in several cases.

I was doing research on loss mitigation and saw the company I use for my underwriting, and I would like to leave my comments on their services to date. I have started providing loss mitigation services to my clients for about 4 months now. I have to say the customer support has been top notch to date. I would recommend them to all professionals looking to add loss mitigation to their practices. David Belvour, NC

I contacted ALMC and spoke with Dan himself. He has been a huge help and was willing to answer all of my questions with information in a more than satisfactory manner. He seems to be very concerned with running an ethically based business and contrary to many in the loss mit biz he is more concerned with helping those in need as opposed to just making a quick buck. In fact he feels that those who want to get into loss mit to increase their real estate portfolio are committing a conflict of interest violation. His high standards are reason enough to do business with ALMC alone. I have the utmost respect for Dan's concerns in the loss mit field.

Dan Schultz has no relationship to Stan Schultz's operations, that have questionable activities. I joined and currently send my cases to Dan Schultz at American Loss Mitigation Consortium. I have been very happy with the services, and I liked the fact Dan Schultz only excepts members with professional licenses. Top notch company. Eric
