I actually hired Advantage Mitigation and was satisfied with the results. I thought the fee was a bit high, but the alternative wasn't good either. They not only solved my foreclosure problem, but negotiated a very good compromise with my mortgage companies. Honesly, I was quite pleased. You must have patience, since negotiations of this type can and often do, take some time...but the results were more than what I expected. It took about 3 months from start to finish...I ended up with a 3.0% mortgage rate for 5 years to be re-evaluated at that time. No complaints.
