This is the worst company I have ever seen! They are foreclosing on my parents home they have had for over 40 years, and they have a balloon payment they cannot afford to pay. We have contacted over 10 agencies to help us with a loan modification, and they have denied all of them. You would think they see we are trying to keep our home but they refuse to help! This is sad and disheartening, and I wish there was something that could be done....Transunion, US Bank, and SN Servicing are the devil and cheat poor people out of their homes!!!!

SN Servicing Corp. aquired our loan from copies aquired at the local court house. they first claimed they were taking over for countrywide, then when we tried to aquire a new loan in 2011 we found out are mortgage history was never recorded to any credit bureus. This is thier way of holding all the high interest rate mortgages hostage. Because banks will not refinance if you have no credit history. We have proof that the paperwork aquired by SN is fraudulant yet taking them to court cost money, lawyers cost money, and these days lawyers at least most of them lack what the world is lacking "MORALS"!! If there was away to unite! and it could be done, we could close there doors and send them to jail. starting with SN Servicing.

Long story short I lended up walking away, They did not reprot my mortgae to the credit bureau for 10+ years. My kept receipts for payments NEVER matched theirs. Go figure. I was there for 15 1/2 years and finally had to move becaue the modification just was a crock of sh--! I wich I could find someone to help me wiht obtainign true information about this company. I am so frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in Iraq 2007-2008 I was with SN Servicing made our payments on time. Came home lost job and tried to see if they could modify my loan. Because I could not afford 1648 a month and they would only lower it by 100. and I lost my home. They are a poor excuse of a company.

Our loan with 30,000 through Nation Wide was sold in 2004 to S N servicing and Wells Fargo was on the first letter. They changed the due date and then started charging us 8% on to the loan any time they could and didn't tell us they were doing it. Where we missed out was our government sold us out in there settlement against the banks. Where or the bank controls on this and the credit laws that are suppose to take care of us.

This is very scary! They have just acquired my loan from another mortgage co. I've paid them on time for the past few months and I just got a statement that i now owe for two months! I spoke with a rep named Megan on the phone and she said that I could pay on-line. Just as I was about to do that I came across this REAL scarey website. I will not put any of my banking info in their hands now.. Thank You for the HEADS UP about the company. I only owe $10,000 but I smell a beastly rat.

I used to work for SN Servicing. They were very fair with borrowers and followed the law. We made every effort to work out solutions with borrowers(dropped interest rates, did modifications, payment plans,etc.). The bottom line is you have to make your payments and take responsibility. You can't live somewhere for free and then claim you are somehow a victim.

Re: The Possible Prosecution and multi plaintiff lawsuit against US Bank and SN Servicing's Owners and Board of Directors. Ok People, our petition to the FBI, The Attorney General and the Mortgage Fraud Task Force is now gaining real speed and sure to go public exposing the Board of Directors. Join our list of other victims in a Multi Billion dollar class Action and a multi plaintiff lawsuit, if you also have real proof of forged or photo shopped deeds or mortgage documents please call me. As Past PR Director for a World Champion I will expose these men and their companies for what they are doing to the American Public but I need all of you to start getting out the wrod to others in any way that you can. Twitter, facebook etc. do it every day find others who have lost or about to lose their homes. Join the rest of us now. Its time to bring the current owners, services and Board of directors of these companies to justice for any forgery and or fraud that may have been committed against us or our state and federal courts. They all knew or should have known that crimes may have been committed for some time now but they did nothing to stop it. They hide behind attorneys who will claiming that they didn't know the documents were forged, but don't believe it they all knew. Some attorneys have been backing out and asking to be removed from these cases because they are may be honorable but do they come forward? Hell no. Their silence is only keeping this destructive train chugging along destroying families and clouding titles forever. Making payments to these guys or paying off your mortgage may come back to haunt you when the real owners may show up and make their demands. The crooks will be long gone and you may lose in the end anyway because lawyers cost big bucks. The FBI has a special task force for crimes like these and there are other law enforcement agencies going after the big boys who cheat the American public. Join us with your real proof and we will get justice. Call me Ray Shelton at 352-274-8467

Its 2011 November, I have had the same problem with these people. Have turned them into the attorney general. The added over $400.00 fee, for what. They told me I had no right to a copy of the reason for the fee. From a charge that was over 3 years ago. Almost finished with paying them......

How do we start a class action lawsuit against this company?
by Marie T From South San Francisco, CA on August 27, 2011
I am so fed up with this company its ridiculous. Our loan is now over 100,000 more than where we started. they are always tacking on supposed late charges and nothing ever goes towards the principal. Our loan was bought by them 4 years ago and its been nothing but hell. I am looking for people who would like to join in a class action lawsuit against them or any info if there is already one in the works. Thank You

Rip-off mortgage company...the worst company to deal with. My mortgage was sold to them and that is when the hell began...payments on time, and they find a way to mess with you every few months...just got a bill for two mortgage payments...?? Not behind...very messed up company.
by cat126co From Laporte, CO on June 13, 2011
We have been so screwed by this company. Our home loan was bundled and sold to them. We missed one payment, all of a sudden we owed over $10,000. Then they checked out our mortgage and they owed us almost $10,000. They are going to take our home anyway so we are just going to move. They are crooks. If they are a debt collectors, why doesn't bankruptcy cancel them out? Doesn't make sense to me. DO NOT get involved with these people AT ALL. RUN as fast as you can!!!
by Anonymous From Springfield, OH on May 31, 2011
I agree with the class action law suit. I missed one payment and got a letter saying I needed to come up with a ton of money or they were going to foreclose on me. They said I had not been making payments since April 2009 and I did not miss a payment until April of this year. I am getting ready to fight them now over this. I hope it works out.

I agree with the comments related to SN Servicing ripping off customers and realizing that I'm falling into the same path. Time for class action. Any Suggestions?
by Jeff From Auburn, IN on March 03, 2011
These people suck. They need to be put out of business. Any mortgages they hold, they should be made to give a clear title to everyone they have dealt with and screwed. I am handicapped and going through a divorce and they want to kick me out of my house that I have made payments on. They, on the other hand, say that I have missed quite a few payments but I have the proof that I made the payments. They were going to send loan modification papers and they never did. They are a rip off corporation because if they weren't, why did their CEO get sued by Bank of America. Also, why do they have so many lawsuits pending for fraud??
by cheryl From Glenfield, NY on September 27, 2010
a word to the wise ,we dealt with them for over four years, paid what that asked then ended up in court with them because of a title dispute ,then we where supposed to get a work out from then ,never did. we could not afford to pay and fight with them in court any longer ,so after all that ,they took our house. we went through allot of heart break tears and money to lose our home. they will lie about everything and then take your home in the end, get out will you you, because they will take all you can give and play all kind of games with you and take your house in the end.
by larry chavis From Chadbourn, NC on March 21, 2010
this company would not help lower our payments so we could make our payments to keep our home after many years of paying them on time. I explained to them that I got hurt on my job and was waiting for workers comp. to start paying my weekly check which I am now receiving, But because of having hard times and being hurt on job it could cost me my home.
