We will see defantly after I see how they can help out. Am I just another number or can they actually help me help them. I dont want to be another file of somone's desk I want to make this right get caught up keep my house and increase the value of my land!!!!!!!

WE contacted them and told them when my husband lost his job. They offered no help in asking what they could do to help us. They offered no plan to help us get caught up so therefore we have fallen further and further behind.

Our interest rate was more than initially quoted because it was 100% financing. The rate was increased in lieu of mortgage insurance which increases over all payment. Current rate is 7.25.
