in the middle of short-sale negotiations and may lose a qualified buyer due to Huntington not returning communication. The bank could end up getting less for the house thus costing them more. I don't understand why there is not more urgency on their part.
no willingness to assist patrons/ bought out sky bank and have had nothing but problems with the account since. very unsatisfactory customer service. i feel as if i am just one of a million customers and they could really care less for our finicial hardship.
We currently have our loan through this company and have experience several huge issues of mishandling in our loan.
It's not their fault, they inherited this issue from a previous company.. but they majorly dropped the ball when it came to reaffirming my mortgage.. they have ignored this and have made it really hard for me to get answers that I need
Brutal and unreasonable collections. Refused to work with me to pay loans due to them.
