They sold my mortgage to another company and to get a hold of them for interest info 1098 form it is impossible to talk to anyone. No body answers. Are they still in business?

Absolutely unresponsive. I only ever spoke to collections people who were very nice, by the way. It took eight months, and faxing my financial information 4 times for them to leave me 30 second voicemail saying their investor was not interested in modifying my loan and good luck to me.

Worked w loss mit for 3m, faxed last item they needed after about 150 pages faxed. Called to check status, said they transferred my ericing rights to another cmopany and I'd have to satrt over with them. Extremely short, rude, almost never return calls. The investors are being totally screwed by this cmopany--I wonder if they'll wake up and realize these idiots are causing their investments to lose even more?

GreenPoint Mortgage loan modification has been the suckest place to deal with, have been submitted financial package due to my financial limitation after 4 years being a good customer, no one answer my phone / fax. No response at all...!!!

The worst ever..especially the Birmingham Alabama group...they are rude and will not budge on making an attempt to come current after hardship...they have hung up on me and humiliate me every time. Especially Jeff. They do not want to work with you and only want the payment now..TODAY...or else!!! Stay clear of this company.

Had to fax hardship package 4 times and call several times just to get confirmation of receipt. Totally unprofessional representatives, only interested in collecting the next payment.

Each attempt to work out a resolution was treated with little regard in my opinion. We saw this situation arising several months in advanced and attempted several times to proactively work out an alternate solution. Each time, we're directed to someone only interested in collecting payment. We weren't allowed to speak with anyone directly involved in making decisions about our case.

They people are the worst. I thought that they were supposed to work with you to find a solution. INSTEAD they seem to try to screw you harder when you call their forecloseure department. They would not budge on a payment plan, because i did not make enough money. hey are the worst for contacting you back as fees mount up.
