Orinigal mortgage company mortgage Investors misrepresented themselves with my mortgage rate and want they said they were doing for me. Such as my current mortgage rate which was not fixed but a ARM mortgage rate it's a VA Loan. Whicn freedom mortgage bought it and finally told me that my mortgage was not fixed but a ARM. Now I am worried about keeping up with my mortgage payments,

Awful company to work for. Terminations happen instantly without prior notice, then they treat you like a criminal by escorting you out. Unbelieveable.
by Dawn Connolly From Towson, MD on July 24, 2013
They gave me very little information. On May 20 we received a foreclosure notice and said if we paid 9838.00 we would be up to date. So within a week and half we got them the entire sum. Then we paid June's mortgage. In July they said we owed another 5000 dollars because the $9848 amount was only good for May 17, even tough we did not get the letter until May 20.SO they gave us 2 weeks to get them 5000 dollars or they threatened to take our house even though we have paid January-June.

Great company. Been working here ten years now. Have been in the industry nearly 30 years and have not been treated better or seen a business run any better

This has to be the worst company to work for. stan, the owner only cares about his money. arrogant and cocky, thinks he owns the world, and his law is the supremacy around him. do not ever accept a position with him. you will risk getting fired after only 1 week. karma will return to this satan someday.

A horrid company to work for, do not interview or apply. treat employees bad,....should be reported to labor board
by NotShocked From Sicklerville, NJ on February 12, 2011
Wow- it's been over 15 years. and not surprised that "Stan, Stan- the big fraud man" hasn't changed. My 1st job was with Freedom- everything about the horrible conditions are true. ANYONE stupid enough to defend the owner is obviously sleeping with him (PUKE) BUT- that was how one got to be a VP in 1992.... Hopefully- Karma will prevail and his palatial abodes will be replaced with iron bars...

save yourself the trouble and do not interview or accept a position with this company...very negative workplace with extremely high turnover, no advancement and certainly no job security. I have seen people let go after having been there for only weeks or a couple of months and not because of performance.
by Anonymous From Cherry Hill, NJ on January 31, 2011
STAN MIDDLEMAN, is a cockroach who only cares about himself & his money. As an employee, I was treated like crap. After 3 years, I was laid off and then he tried to hire me back for half the salary. They rip off all their customers. He did not pay over time and was sued. The plaintiffs won. He is in major debt with Fannie Mae. I hope he serves jail time soon. Him and all the old bigoted he sleeps with. Scum bag.

I have been trying to get a customer service issue resolved for (2) weeks now. They are the worst I've ever dealt with. Something happened recently because it wasn't always bad.

Their customer service and loss mitigation departments are horrible. I work for a real estate attorney in IL and this has to be one of the WORST companies for our clients to deal with.
by Carla Heren From Auburn, IL on October 20, 2010
They have not been horrible to us but the past 2 years has been very rough for us started last year with my mom being diagnosed with cancer to me having degenerate Arthritis and this year my husband had to start taking 2 furlough day a month. I finally received a 50.00 raise for the month but that is the first in 3 years everything is going up but our wages we also have 2 young boys at home 12 and 8. It is just hard

Requested to pay principle and interest only - and we would have no problems; But with the addition of property taxes - it is killing the budget. Freedom is not good to work with.

I was recently laid off from this company who promised soooo many things! Nothing but lies. They hired over 20 underwriters only to lay them off 1-2 months later. Terrible benefits, terrible communication and EXTREMELY unfriendly. NEVER interview or accept a position with this company!
by Anonymous From Marlton, NJ on July 27, 2009
I have a comment for Laura Julian. "he's just a complete jew turd" These comments are completly insulting and prejudicial. Maybe instead of acting like you did at Freedom Mortgage maybe you would not be fired and maybe you don't blame jews for your problems. Take responsibility for own actions.

Stay away from Freedom Mortgage. They do not work with you. Their Customer Service hangs up on you. The Loan mitigation Dept no one picks up and if they do they hang up on you. They will NEVER help you in hard times. I beg everyone to stay away from them.
by Anonymous From Huntingdon, PA on March 19, 2009
Our "underwriter" (Satan) continues to lie and say our loan is clear and then ask for more paperwork. This Company is a JOKE.
by Randy From Fort Lauderdale, FL on January 31, 2009
They are the absolute worst mortgage company i've ever associated with. As an employee i was treated like crap. Stan Middleman owns the company and he's just a complete jew turd.
