I was sent to FCMC by another company and i have not had any issues with them at all. Yes a couple of the reps do seem clueless but allot of them do know how to help you through. Realize its just there job and its not there fault you need to go to the upper level of management to see what is going wrong. The reps are again just doing there own jobs. If they listened to every single excuse and problem, they would lose there jobs as well... Like the previous person said...read your contracts, deeds and mortgages...see what you need to do

Its so funny that you all are in this situation. I read all of your complaints and laugh because once upon a time you were all so desperate to purchase your home that you were so blinded to read the fine print. I'm a proud paying customer who knew what I was getting into when I purchased my home. Maybe you all need to deal with what is happening to you and take it as a lesson learned, don't be so desperate to purchase something before realizing that you are applying for a 19 percent interest loan. You are all ridiculous. thanks guys =)

KEEP FAITH ALL, i must remain anonymous for the moment but once I meet with my attorney next week I am hopeful there will be an organized direction to flow all those affected by the fraudulent business practices of this company. Peace to you all and hang in there and as soon as possible I will share more. In the meantime I would encourage any and all of you to review your assignments closely dates and signatures and when filed and if you are lumped into Franklin Credit Asset Trust i or 2009 a, check to see if your mortgage was assigned for servicing within the past 18 months then assigned again to another Trustee but only now emerging with a new name of Trust?

starno starno starno starno star by Anonymous From West Palm Beach, FL on February 01, 2010

They are scum bags. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They are right there trying to double-cross everyone. Do not do business with these people. They will ruin, harass and cause you all sorts of problems. They should be put in jail like Madoff. Maybe jail is too good for them.

starno starno starno starno star by Anonymous From Maple Heights, OH on January 12, 2010

Franklin Credit is the worst mortgage company yet. They make empty promises and give you the run-around about the details of your situation. I can't believe this company thrives on putting families out of their homes. None of the agents are on the same page with details. One agent will say one thing and another agent will say something different and one can never get a clear response vedrbally and forget about getting anything in writing. Did I hear "CLASS ACTION?" Count me in please!

starno starno starno starno star by sharon redding From Maple Heights, OH on January 12, 2010

I paid Franklin 6000.00 over a few months(July-Nov. 2008) in good faith to recieve a deferment. I followed through on my part, but Franklin did and the struggle to work out a plan continues.

starno starno starno starno star by Anonymous From Jamaica, NY on December 26, 2009

We paid them 22k in good faith, and not only did they never respond to us, they sent us into foreclosure. We are facing eviction now simply because they have NEVER called us back.

starno starno starno starno star by Michele From Livonia, MI on December 04, 2009

I am in agreement with all of you, you can never get a straight answer out of them. One agent will tell you one thing and another will give you a completely different explanation. And you can't even get through to manager, we have asked and demanded several times. "They will ask for us". Bull! Class Action Suit is definitely what they need! If anyone is planning one email me: mimigfk@yahoo.com

I did over and over again; they claim to never reciev it. I finally over night it and found out they had filed forclosure Sept 2009. My payment history does not reflect my payments and they lied on the intend to forclose documents.

Paid our taxes late, we were behind last august. do to surgery and no extra vacation pay or illness pay left. we tried every-one we could think of for help. even colleting half from our church.. then they said we were $3200.00 behind. First we had till the end of Jan to pay this. and then they said we needed to pay this immediatley... They lie so much .. we had to file banktruptcy and they lied through this and after... This company i hope goes belly up.. The old saying, what goes around, comes around

We tried to do some sort of work out with the help of a non-profit counseling angency. At that time, we were only 4 months behind, but, Franklin Credit told our counselor that there was no workout plan and they wanted 1/2 or nothing. 1/2 would have been approx. $6,000(including other fees) and I only had $4,000 (cash) to give them. They refused to accept it. I don't get that. Even if I wanted to make payments, they would send it back. Now, We are 12 months behind because I couldn't send 1/2, which grew in amount each month. This all happened after my husband was laid off, for the first time in his life, after 20 years of working as a carpenter. My husband is in the Local Carpenters Union and makes great money. If this can happen to us, I can see why the mortgage crisis exists. It's horrible, sad, and ridiculous.

starno starno starno starno star by Anonymous From Columbus, OH on July 30, 2008

Franklin Credit has not sent us a statement since January 2008. They did not notify us that we were in default but put us straight into foreclosure in March. We were able to reinstate our mortgage under Ohio law in June but now they say we still owe thousands -- the number is never the same twice when they call us. We tried calling to get a new statement and were referred to Sharonda Oriol but she has not returned any calls; neither does her supervisor. Oh, and now they tell the credit bureaus that we are "late" and in foreclosure again. Like the poster from Philly asked, what can we do?

I was sent to this company in 2001. I have been paying my mortage of 338.oo for years and just this month I received my credit report and they are saying that I have been delinquent for 41 months and have been in foreclosure since that time. I would like to know how I have been in foreclosesure for that long and have been staying in my house. They have yet to pay my taxes or insurance, even though I have given them extra to do so. Their files are really messed up and even they can't seem to figure it out. What should I do? Any suggestions out there?

Franklin Credit failed to pay my home owners insurance. I was contacted by ZC Sterling (home ownwers) by mail and told that it had not been paid. I called Franklin credit and after much round about discussions I was told that it would be taken care of immediately! One week later, I recieved more correspondence from ZC Sterling saying that Franklin Credit did not pay the home owners insurance. They filed my 2006 taxes on my home incorrectly. Said that I only paid $3,000.00 in taxes when I had paid $6,000.00. This year they filed that I had paid $9,000.00 in taxes, when agaion it was $6,000.00. I had to contact Prince Georges county to find out what was actually paid in taxes in order to file my returns properly. I have over the years called Franklin Credit approximately 30+ times to resolve issues. Customer Service us chacteristically rude and NEVER return phone calls. I do not see how they can take advantage of people and it be legal. I have had to spend over $1,000.00 in attorney fees alrady and still have nothing resolved. I continue to pay, am not late, send my payments by registered mail, they sign for the payment, keep it and basically say that I have not paid them. What can be done about this company. I read similar complaints from other clients online jsut today. Their practices have to be illegal. They have thrown my escrow account into arrearages of more than $6,000.00. Tehy aclaim to have paid this amount and more in MOrtgage insurance in December! I have no idea how that can happen. I got no explanation, neither did my attorney.

Franklin Credit bought my 2nd mortgage but didn't send me a monthly bill. When the first payment was over due they started calling every 30 minutes demanding their payment. Even after the payment was made over the phone they still continued to call every 30 minutes. They blamed it on their computer. Same thing happened the next month. They finally understood they have to send a statement to get paid.
