denied twice for help.. i am 65 disabled with m.s. lost my job and have given them all the money i have they still want more there is no more i will end up in a shelter.have had mortgage with them 15 years but they don't care about the small fries.... rude is being kind carol

BAD, BAD, BAD! I'm trying to sell my home thru a short sale, I still have not been notified of a "SALE DATE" and they allready lock me out!? After having a loan with them for many, many years.. What kind of bussiness is this, I know all banks wait do the lock out until after the sale date!?

little help when it comes to loan mitigation, they left me out in the cold instead of helping me with a modification or a forbearance until i got caught up, i was with them for over a year.
