We tried to buy a foreclosed home from them. Into the second month they told us that they did not have clear title.The frst mortgage was never paid off. We paid almost $2000.00 for expenses and then they tell us 90 days later that they may never have a clear title. How can they sell a house without a clear title?

We thought our mortgage was with Chase, refi over a year ago,(didn't get what we expected, payment wise...then had been working with them after explaining why we fell a bit behind and was in process of catching up. Then received default from Deutche. We've been here 6 yrs. have good job, just over helped our family and more, please say if you can help, your time is appreciated.

had a subprime loan and it continued to increase. plus the original payment was to high. i loss my job which caused them to foreclose.

Every time I call I speak to someone in India and I can't understand what they are saying and they have a hard time understanding me. No one ever writes notes and no one ever knows what they are talking about.
