I have had my home since 2001 and my income is only $8.50 p/hour, my payments are $700.00 per month. I am raising my grandchild. My mother, who is now 76 co-signed. She owns nothing and has since gone into a retirement housing due to poor health. I can not make the payments. No other bank with re-finance my mortgage. Conseco will not refinance at a more affordable mortgage. They tell me TOTAL interest must completely be paid prior to any principal being touched. Since I can not afford the payments, I certainly can not afford to maintain my existing home. I owe more money now, today on my home than my original mortgage, due to principal interest add. I need help and fast! I plan to leave everything behind. No one will help me. (330) 340-2787. Conseco misrepresented my financial status and led me to believe I could well afford this home. Necomerstown, OH is a deprived, financial area.
