Loan Resolution Inc. working for Cit is unresonable in working with realtors with true full price offers. Stringing buyers along then changing the negotiator at the last minute. Realtors are working for free trying to help distressed home owners while banks and leders are collecting paychecks from the American people.

this company has no problem ignoring its obligation to mitigate losses, ignoring bona fide offers to purchase properties with loans in default, then begs for your tax dollars to bail them out. they are cheating the middle class in order to secure big government funding.

I have a 80/20 loan with CIT Group. I have been making payment arrangements-the last payment arrangement somehow did not include the second loan causing the second loan to go into default-
