Have you dealt with Charter One? If so please help others and let them know what you think about this organization.
The mortgage company is actually Charter Bank. I made 3 payments to them after I had to move to Texas to became employed once again and was attempting to pay at least one payment once a month, but then the bank threatened me with bringing it current by 032208 or they were going to foreclose. I was unable to bring it current.
