i did not even know we were in forclosure i guess ocwen owns are morgate now but they will not talk to me i would pay my morgate but i do not know were to send it please help i need time i have no money know and i am gonna be homeless with 5 kidds i am scared.they never put us on a payment plan and told me that i should have not told them my father inlaw diee pluse there is no record of donald russell ever buy thing house.

Sure AEGIS Mortgage Corporation gave us a mortgage but when my husband was out of work for 4 months, we fell behind. We did everything they wanted us to do. Going on payment plans and such. The only problem was they wanted such a large down payment and high monthly payments, we couldn't handle it. We even had an investor try to do a quick sale and Aegis refused! They would rather see us foreclose then save it. The investor was going to let us buy it back when we got back on our feet. Now we have 6 children with no where to live come November 2007. Thanks Aegis. You couldn't just work with us, now were homeless because our credit is ruined. Life took a bad turn for us when my husband lost his work and income and you, Aegis made sure it could get MUCH WORSE.

they are the worst people to work with , my husband was sent overseas to iraq for 18 months and they never reduce our rate to 6% like they were suppose to we goit behing and they would not even help, just wanted big down payment to get up to date and keep raising our payments
