Since 1985, Leland Spelman has been helping clients sell and invest in real estate. During the past 20 years he has been a top performing agent and achieved the President’s Circle award that has placed him in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. Lee specializes in serving clients in San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Alameda counties.
Clients have turned to Lee to sell properties that require specialized marketing skill and knowledge. He has helped clients work with financial institutions for over 18 years. He has experience in selling homes, apartment complexes, office buildings, mixed-use properties, and land development.
Prior to working in real estate, Lee worked 10 years in management for Bank of America, Levi Strauss, & Hewlett Packard. He is a San Francisco native, raised in Mill Valley and a graduate of UC Berkeley with a degree in Economics. He lives in Marin with his wife and two children.
