Indy Mac denied my loan modification
We hired a foreclosure company in CA to work with Indy Mac Mortgage Services to secure us a loan modification. Indy Mac has denied the modification and have placed our home in foreclosure. Can this be stopped? We don't have $25,000 to pay them.

I used to make good money but am now on Disability
I am an RN who until November 2007 was making 75,000 a year and making my mortgage payments fine plus paid an additional 1000.00 on principle in 2008.

Do I have to send them the down payment before I get the loan modification... I don't trust them.
I have set up a loan modification plan with homeq but i have read how many people have sent them a down payment for their loan mod plans and had homeq not accept the terms and follow through with the foreclosure.

We are stuggling here... does anyone care?
We have two loans, 80%/20% split and are only two months behind on the large mortgage, The small mortgage is 4 or more but they have not talked about foreclosure with us. We have a balloon payment on the second mortgage at the end but we are un-sure on when the end is.

ASC will not take my payments anymore, why are they so difficult
I was paying on the 10th of every month via Western Union and ASC is now declining my payments and are foreclosing on my property. I have tried multiple lenders to refinance and have not had any luck. I am running out of time. I can't believe ASC can do this to a family

No child support = no money for house payment
I went through a divorce in 2003 and fell behind for a short time due to no child support. The mortgage company re-negotiated my payments from $1360 to $1600. I've been paying that for a little over a year. It then became a hardship again and fell behind, I believe in October 2007.

I just got a default notice nailed to my door
A note of default was posted on my front door when I got home. I have 3/4 of the funds to pay to get caught up. I just don't have the remainder due which is around $2500. I really don't want to lose my home. I've lived here for 20 years. This is the first time I've had difficulties.

Pelase pray for me... I don't know what I should do to avoid foreclosure
I have had this happen before, I promised to pay and I want to pay I am feeling overwhelmed, I don't know if maybe I should sell or just let them take the house. I think the arm rate is not helping I don't know what my mortgage will be. I just need some guidance.

I fell behind with Litton while I was on active duty
Air Force Reserve travel in May 2007 with no income until travel was complete. Went whole month with no income. Fell behind on mortgage and vehicle payments. Been in touch with Litton and offered payment plan on first mortgage and modification on second, but no reply of approval yet.
