How do I write a Hardship Letter?
Indymac already started the foreclosure process and I want to stop foreclosure. What I really need right away is help writing a hardship letter.
I need a Short Sale or DIL
I really need to stop foreclosure. We have been working with a Realtor since July and Ocwen is refusing to work with us on a Short Sale or Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. Please Help

I recently got laid off, how can the Presidents new law help me with National City
My wife & I are making sufficient monthly income to afford our regular house payments of $1327. We fell behind when I got laid off from my job. I immediately found another job making enough to cover my mortgage payment. Unfortunately, we had already fallen behind on our payments.

What will Obamas foreclosure plan do for me and the foreclosure I am facing
We are currently in the middle of a short sale but no one wants to buy. We have a fixed rate mortgage but it went up $200 in september. My husband lost his job last year but did get a new job. This made us fall behind and our lender was not working with us to try to help us at all.

Foreclosure vs Short Sale, which is better with Select Portfolio?
I am interested in information on a "short sale" and also on foreclosure in regards to Bankruptcy. I have a company transfer and they are going to purchase the home based on a current market appraisal. However, that appraisal will probably be 100,000 dollars lower than the value.

The situation with Washington Mutual appears to be getiting dire
I am 90 days delinquent currently although I have made one principal payment of $880 and still owe $336 for the escrow amount for October. This is getting dire. This is all due to me losing my job in the Fall of 2007 and being unable to find suitable employment in my field.

The will not stop the foreclosure and allow me to sell the house
Although the property in Fredericksburg, VA is in foreclosure we have a contract and buyer. Yet, Chase would not extend or freeze the foreclosure so that we could continue with the Short Sale in order to sale the home.

Bad ARM loan... what can I do?
I was misinformed about the arm that I am in. I was told that the loan we not start adjusting until 3 years down the line, but it started adjusting after the first year. I am current in my mortgage, never late, never missed a payment.
