Run around with Chase
We have been trying to get a modification with Chase and keep getting the run around we have had two forbearance plans and made every payment but somebody there isn't doing their job because now we have more paper work to fill out and its taking us 10 months to get something done.

Loan Modification with Beneficial
Beneficial reduced our payments on a trial loan modification last year from $830.00 to $641.02, but it only lasted six months. We do not want to lose our home. We can't afford the regular payment, but we can afford a loan modification if Beneficial will allow one.

Lost job but have new one now
I've been trying for four months to get this worked out, but GMAC just keeps putting me off. It's getting frustrating. All I want is to keep my house because I have 3 kids to take care of and don't know what I will do if I don't have a place to live.

Avoid foreclosure with loan modification
We got behind because of an accident that I had and we just cannot get caught up with Chase. We want to keep our home. We built it and we don't want to lose it. We can make monthly payments if they were lower and we could get caught up. We need a loan modification with Chase to avoid foreclosure.

Forbearance with Bank of America
We are able to make our payments now. We got behind when I lost my job after taking a leave of absence when my father was really ill. I don't need a loan modification. I only need a forbearance to catch up what I am behind with Bank of America.

Trial Loan Modification with Saxon
We have called and sent documentation to Saxon. We cannot get a straight answer about anything, including how much we owe to catch up our loan. We were put on a home loan modification trial and made all payments. We have the proof. Saxon sent us a letter saying we missed a payment.

Need loan modification with GMAC
I have a loan modification that is waiting for approval. The foreclosure attorneys have pressed the issue. I made a payment about a month before they decided to foreclose. It seems they accelerated this procedure almost automatically as soon as I was awarded a steady job.

Litton won't modify my ARM
Litton Loan Servicing seems willing to work out a forbearance repayment plan but not a loan modification, and the repayment plan still requires a $10,000 down payment and nearly $500 extra payment over 24 months which is still subject to increases if my Adjustable Rate Mortgage ARM adjusts upward.
Single mom needs loan modification
I want to keep my home. I've tried for the past 8 or so months to work with Bank of America on a Loan Modification. They keep stalling and now I've received via Registered Mail an intent to accelerate on a Foreclosure. I need help.

Misunderstanding with America's Servicing Company (ASC)
We were put on a loan modification plan, and American Servicing Company and I had a misunderstanding in December and I had asked that they postpone a payment, they neglected to do so and taken the funds and it made my account in the negative 2 months in a row.
