How long is the foreclosure process in Texas?
I got a letter from Litton warning of possible foreclosure action, when I called they already referred the case to their lawyers. I called their law office and they asked me to fax a request for reinstatement with an answer expected this Monday. I don't know the Foreclosure Laws.

I need ot sell so I can relocate
I cannot sell because I will not get total amount i owe my mortgage company. my only option that i can see is the relocation assistance help,that Nationstar Mortage is offering me. I do not have the means to get my home in "broom sweep" condition that soon. I need additional time for this process.
My parents just want to give the home back to American Home Mortgage
I am trying to get info for my elderly parents that just moved out of their home due to financial/medical problems. They can no longer afford their mortgage. They sent a letter to the mortgage co along with the keys to the house. They moved to another town near their children.

Bankruptcy may have stopped the foreclosure but I still can't afford the home
We have already filed bk in 2008 & was confirmed but still cannot afford the price of our home. Countrywide states we qualify for the national home retention program however they have made this process very long...we applied on 10/09/2008 and have yet to work out a plan.

I found out we are being foreclosed on with no notification from Citi Mortgage
I am in trouble. I received a notice that my home is being Foreclosed on, and my husband has no idea that we are in this situation. I want to get back on track, but I can't afford the back amount that is due. If given some time, I think I can come up with it, but I don't have it right now.

Who can purchase my loan?
My loan was originally a owner financed then purchased by 1st American National there is not a late penalty in the owner finance agreement so the mortgage is viewing this as a 3 mo. delinquent. However I do not being behind at all. Thank You.

I thought for sure my mortgage was a fixed rate... guess what it wasn't
Thought we signed a fixed mortgage 4 years ago - it was adjustable. Loan specialist was "let go" two weeks after did our loan. We believe terms of loan were changed when he delayed our closing by a day.

I can't afford the house but want to keep it, does that make any sense to anyone?
I make enough to pay 905 a month (my current mortgage payment); however, I have messed up bad and am now behind 5 months. This requires to me to pay ~ 5500 to bank to avoid foreclosure sale (dated May 5th, 2008). I do not want to sell the house or lose it. I want to live in it. Need help.

I have no imcome, is there any chance of me keeping the home with Wells fargo
currently unemployed and looking for work. Have no income coming in at the moment. I have talked to the mortgage company and they have asked me to send them a hardship letter and financial statement of my current expenses. I would like to keep the house.

My husband and I are Senior Citizens who have suffered a financial set-back due to Medical Emergency's for my husband. During recent months we have also faced family tragic situations. All of which has put us so far behind on our house payments, that we are unable to catch-up.
