I thought for sure my mortgage was a fixed rate... guess what it wasn't
Thought we signed a fixed mortgage 4 years ago - it was adjustable. Loan specialist was "let go" two weeks after did our loan. We believe terms of loan were changed when he delayed our closing by a day.

I can't afford the house but want to keep it, does that make any sense to anyone?
I make enough to pay 905 a month (my current mortgage payment); however, I have messed up bad and am now behind 5 months. This requires to me to pay ~ 5500 to bank to avoid foreclosure sale (dated May 5th, 2008). I do not want to sell the house or lose it. I want to live in it. Need help.

I have no imcome, is there any chance of me keeping the home with Wells fargo
currently unemployed and looking for work. Have no income coming in at the moment. I have talked to the mortgage company and they have asked me to send them a hardship letter and financial statement of my current expenses. I would like to keep the house.
Do we has Senior Citizens get any kind of assistance, we need to keep our home
My husband and I are Senior Citizens who have suffered a financial set-back due to Medical Emergency's for my husband. During recent months we have also faced family tragic situations. All of which has put us so far behind on our house payments, that we are unable to catch-up.

I just want the house gone
We moved to Austin in October of 2002 for job opportunities after the company I was working for was bought out and everyone was laid off. We'd been trying to sell our house in Buford, GA (just outside of Atlanta) for a couple months with no luck.

What can I do to stop the sale with Bank of America?
This loan was originally with Countrywide Loans, who was bought out by Bank of America. We fell behind in payments due to medical expenses and being unable to work.

Citi Residential forced up my Escrow by paying late taxes, can they do that?
Citi bought AMC, I was out of work for 6 months, avg 29 days late during this period, when CITI bought I called and advised I had been out of work, could they move one payment to end of loan so I'd be current, they said they had no policy to assist in that.

I think I am in over my head and now in jeopardy of foreclosure with National City
I closed on a construction loan 5/2006 and it modified to perm on 12/29/06. This is really a struggle for me, as I must now admit that I've gotten in over my head. There are several things that contributed to getting off pace. In march, my son was terribly ill and in the hospital for over two weeks.

We can't allow them to foreclosue... we will lose our equity
We currently have close to 130k equity in the home. We are three months behind on payment and contemplating bankruptcy. We have a renter in the home that will be purchasing within 60-90 days.
