Forbearance with Wells Fargo
Wells Fargo agreed on $5,000.00 about two months ago and now they want $7,134.00 attorneys fees included, and now they will not accept any money. I just needed time to come up with the money.

Bank of America is impossible to work with
I have been working with Bank of America for year and a half. They have been no help at all. They keep asking for the same paper work that I have already sent them. I never get to talk to the same person and have to go through all the info each time.

Chase put me in this trouble
I applied for loan modification months ago. I was under 60 days late on my mortgage payment. I was having financial troubles so I applied for Loan Modification with Chase. I completed my trial payment for 3 months and my trial payment continued for another 6-7 months.

Does Beneficial do Loan Modification?
We fell behind on our payments when my husband's bring home income dropped 25%. Beneficial has told us that they don't do modifications or refinances. Other so called modification companies pretty much told us to spend less on utilities and food.

Forbearance with Citi Mortgage
I have been informed that I can work a repayment plan with Citi Mortgage to get the account out of foreclosure but I will have to pay half of the owed amount plus legal fees to do so. My mother has recently past leaving me with no savings after her final expenses to contribute to this.

HAMP Loan Modification with Flagstar
we had a trial loan modification for 3 months and then Flagstar notified us that we could not qualify for the Obama HAMP Program since our monthly gross income was more than 31% of the monthly mortgage amount.....

Forbearance to avoid foreclosure
My home is already in foreclosure. They did not notify me until i called to pay what i was behind and then they told me it was in foreclosure. I called the number they gave me and it took three weeks to get someone to talk to me.

I want Allstate Insurance
Litton forced insurance on me. I already have insurance through Allstate and love them. I don't want Litton's garbage insurance company. How can I get Litton to remove their insurance so I can keep Allstate?
