2 months late with Homecomings, when will they foreclose?
JUST BECAME 2-MONTHS LATE,HAD A HARDSHIP IN LATE LAST YEAR AND PAYMENTS WERE LATE AND THEY TALKED ABOUT FORECLOSURE, BUT I BORROWED FROM MY 401K AND BROUGHT UP TO DATE.

I am a micro business owner. I've had no real business since before Christmas. I recently graduated tech school as a Nail Technician and am seeking additional employment as such.

My house has sold, I just found out
I found out just yesterday that my home had foreclosed on the 7th of February. There was no other indication that they were planning on doing this. The mortgage company continued to send me my monthly statement and I had paid January on time, and sent in February just a few days ago.

I promised not to sue them but now they are foreclosing on me
I have lived in this house for 18 years. I have tried every method I can find to catch up the past due but because of the bankruptcy I cannot get help.

I would like a forebearance... what exactly is a forbearance?
I was unable to work due to illness, I try to do a forbearance, but had just started back to work and couldn't make the payment. Now the finance company won't work with me and say they are starting the foreclosure process.

If we can get back on track we can save our home from foreclosure
We would like to keep our home if possible. My husband goes to school and I am the only one working right now but he graduates in June of 2008. If we can just get some help to stop this for foreclosure we should be fine after the beginning of the year. We don't want to loose our home.

Husband will not pay, I might lose my home
SEPARATED/FILED FOR DIVORCE MARCH 2007. HUSBAND NOT PAID ANY SUPPORT(CHILD, ETC.) NOT PAID ANY BILLS. I HAVE TRIED TO PAY VARIABLE RATE MORTGAGE THAT IS AT 12% MORTGAGE IS NOW AROUND 185,000.

Why won't they accept my payment, I want to pay them.
We continue to get a lot of clients who contact us saying that the mortgage company will not accept my payment. The bottom line is that if you are more than 30 days past due date they will not accept one payment. They will only accept the entire amount that is past due.
My loan is 90 days past due, what can we do?
When you behind on their mortgage payments it is almost impossible sometimes to get caught up. Once you get over 30 days behind the mortgage company demands the entire amount that the past due plus any late fees.
