Ocwen told me to miss payments
My loan was sold to Ocwen from Saxon Mortgage in November 2009. I was not behind on my payments until then. The new company has a different pay on date and I am paid once per month on the 15th. That makes all my payments late and I incur late fees every month that compound monthly.

Saxon won't help with loan modification
We are 3 months behind due to a forbearance plan that we entered into with AMTrust Bank. They went out of business and Saxon took over our loan while we were still on the plan. We made one or two more half payments and then started paying our full amount.

Partial Claim with GMAC
My husband left and it is just my 2 year old son and myself in the house. I can afford the payments with the child support my husband provides. GMAC has worked out a deal with me where I have to pay all the money I owe in late payments over the next year. That increases my mortgage by over $600.

i've been sick along with my 2 daughters. i've recently returned to work full time and obtained a second job. my fianances are looking better but with medical bills and bieng behind, i'm at a loss. i need help getting a forbearance with chase.

no progress with bank of america
i am almost probably 11k behind on my mortgage. the borrowers are me and my father. my father moved out and left me to figure out what to do on my own. i have someone here who can help make payments, but we dont have the back pay.

I can't do this alone.
Bank of America told us we were in a Modification gave us the negotiator's name and when they expected it to close. We received a letter from Bank of America's Attorney stating a sale date. Bank of America postponed the sale.

2 months late with Homecomings, when will they foreclose?
JUST BECAME 2-MONTHS LATE,HAD A HARDSHIP IN LATE LAST YEAR AND PAYMENTS WERE LATE AND THEY TALKED ABOUT FORECLOSURE, BUT I BORROWED FROM MY 401K AND BROUGHT UP TO DATE.

My house has sold, I just found out
I found out just yesterday that my home had foreclosed on the 7th of February. There was no other indication that they were planning on doing this. The mortgage company continued to send me my monthly statement and I had paid January on time, and sent in February just a few days ago.
