The foreclosure stress is killing me
I have lost my voice due to stress and am just getting some of if back so I can not talk on the phone very well yet. I really need help and would like to be able to send you my information and see if you can help me. I did not know if you could contact me by email and then I fax over my information.
They are waiting untiil the last minute to tell me if they can help me... should I wait?
We fell behind because our payments went up due to a rise in our escrow because of tax and insurance. we found out that we have been over taxed by $3800 a year over paying $1800 a year on insurance and this increase out house payments a lot.

I lost my job and they won't help me
I fell behind on the payments because I got laid off and I had to pay arrearage on my child support for my children. I don't want to lose my home.
I can't get them to take my money that I owe
I have tried to work out a payment plan with them with no success. I'm able to pay $1,000 a month, but they refused it.

How does the Eviction Process work?
Foreclosure not only affects the Home Owners, it has a broad brush and hits everyone it touches. This article I found on the web, looks into the how a deputy in South Carolina has been put in the middle of this mess.
