GMAC refused my loan modification without giving a reason
I tried working with GMAC at first, asking for the principal reduction of the mortgage balance(Like most people, I’m up side down in property value approx. $106.000). I also asked for a mortgage loan modification; again, nothing happened.

Short Sale with Chase
I am currently 9 months behind on my mortgage. My home has been on the market for Short Sale for five months. I applied for a Home Loan Modification Loan with Chase before I became delinquent but was denied. I don't want to keep the house and am considering all options.

Chase won't help with loan modification
I am currently two months behind on my mortgage payment through Chase. The bank refuses to refinance or do loan modification to help us out. This has been an issue for us for quite some time. Chase will defer payments, but it does not seem to help.

LOAN MODIFICATION WITH LITTON
I WAS IN A TRIAL LOAN MODIFICATION PLAN TO PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT UNTIL THE MODIFICATION WORKED OUT THIS WAS ONGOING FOR LITTLE OVER A YEAR NOW. I MADE JULY'S TRIAL PAYMENT AND THEY RETURNED IT TO THE BANK. NOW THEY WANT TO FORECLOSE ON MY HOME.

I need help with Wells Fargo
I have a notice of intent to foreclose. I am 13 payments behind on an FHA loan. Went through Moratorium? 3 month trial loan modification plan made 2 of the 3 payments late...
Forbearance with GMAC
I live in southern California and own a home in Pennsylvania. The home in PA past due is about $14,000. I got divorced in about 2005. The home in question was not part of the divorce settlement in any way. My ex-husband continued to pay the mortgage payments and his father lived in the home.

Lost my job, but I'm working now
I have been in my home for 19 years. i was injured on my job and miss 4 months of income. The banks have refused to help me. I have been back to work since September 2009 and I am healthy and back to full income status. I need a forbearance repayment plan with Bank of America.

We can't get GMAC to listen to us
Have submitted a workout package to GMAC already. They have informed me that since the package was submitted with every document they required, that they are planning to proceed with setting a foreclosure sale date. I have contacted their attorney's office.

We need a home to live in
I have been trying to deal with my mortgage company, First Horizon, to no avail. They sent our info to their lawyers and they have not given me a reinstatement amount although they say I will get one "tomorrow", I call every day and get a different story. This has been going on for two weeks now.

Loan modification with Ocwen
Ocwen Federal has been playing games with me for over a year. They were telling me that they were working on my loan modification, while all along they were setting a foreclosure sale date. The whole thing was just a smoke screen for them to take my home.
