is loan modification possible with wells fargo?
need help stopping the foreclosure process, our home and property is in foreclosure, and the auction date is coming up, can you help me? I'm trying to get a loan modification with wells fargo.

On forbearance with Chase
We have been on a forbearance agreement for the last yr with Chase. we were told we fit the criteria for a loan modification and now they have denied us and won't give us any information about our account. we were denied due to an income issue. not sure if it is too much or too little.

My home is in probate and in foreclosure, what can I do?
The home was purchased by my uncle in 1985. We have lived at this home since 1985. He became very ill - I have been caring for him full time for the past 2 years, due to his illness. He passed away july 22, 2008 at home from cancer.
Can US Bank foreclose on a manufactured home?
This is a manufactured home on land with tie downs that we have had for sale since the end of November,2008. I am not definite on the lot size or exact date of last appraisal it was in 2007. My husband has been laid off from his job since DEC,08.
I have received a notice of default from Wachovia
We are in a notice of default at this point and we really need help on what we should do.My wife and I are the only two working at the moment and my parents receive social security income.

What should we do now?
We are behind 5 payments on the 1st and 2nd mortgage and 2 payments on our equity loan. We have applied for a loan modification with our 1st lender but have not heard back.

I am a teach and goint into foreclosure with SAxon
I am a teacher in a rural community. We got a loan about 3 years ago and after 2 years, the interest could increase. The original loan officer told us it would probably never go above 7.5 per cent. It is now at 10.9% and I am truly struggling.

Can you get Flagstar to call me back and not to tell me they took my home?
I have tried contacting them but no return calls. I even emailed them but they just emailed back numbers to call which doesn't help me. Since I hadn't heard from them I sent them a check for 1200.00 don't know if they accepted it or not. I have left messages for them to help resolve this matter

ASC is being verf difficult, what can I do?
I have called and called ASC numerous times to get them to work out a payment program. They tell me things like the computer is down call back tomorrow. I call back and I get another excuse and when I have asked if they have record of my last call yesterday they tell me I never called.
I need some more time to get caught up
I gave someone access to my bank account and they didn't act responsibly forcing me to go under. I have the ways and means to catch up to date though if I can get 90 more days tops.
