There is no equity in my home, what can be done to stop foreclosure?

I am trying to save my home of 15 years. My ex just walked away. There is no equity. The loan is 8 months overdue. The loan is in my ex's name, but my name is on the deed. Can anything at ALL be done?

Why does First Franklin put money in an Un-Applied funds account?

I am making mortgage payments every month and taxes & ins. are up to date and i am still getting foreclosure notice. First Franklin has my money in un-applied, used my payments to pay property taxes when i also wrote a check for. I am currently paid for the year on property taxes.

We can't refinance so I guess we will just lose the home

The present loan is an 8.8 arm that will mature in Aug. 2009. we have had a loss of income of about $800. per month as of Sept. of 2008 and have been struggling to make the payments. we have tried to refinance many times but have be turned down every time. up until Dec.

What options are available on FHA loans to stop foreclosure and bring you current?

We have an FHA mortgage and have repeatedly contacted our mortgage company to try to work out payments but they want an ever increase lump sum of money or nothing at all. I have researched FHA loans and there options available for our loan but they refuse to use them.

My wife did an illegal Loan Modification without my knowledge

I am 8 months into foreclosure...I was made all of these promises from Wamu to make for a much cheaper payment and interest rate and they did not come thru. My payments blew up to 950.00 per month and they offered to lower it to 897.00. I need it to be around 600.00 to be able to afford it.

The home that is being foreclosed my daughter lives in... this sucks

My husband and I own the home, but our daughter and her husband are renting to own ~ but they have fallen into hard times and have not been able to make the payments ~ therefore, the house has gone into foreclosure and now is in Sheriff's sale.

We need to sell fast to avoid foreclosure with Homecomings, does anyone have any suggestions?

We have been trying to sell our house for a year now, with no luck. We owe more on it than what the houses in our area are selling for. We need to be out of this house by the end of July, relocating to Florida. What can we do to save our credit from a foreclosure?

Has anyone been succesfull with a Deed-in-Lieu with Chase?

I am interested in doing a deed in lieu on my house. we have not lived in it since aug. of 2007. we had chase bank as mortgage holder but they recently sold our mortgage to another company. we could no longer afford the payments it was an adjustable rate loan and kept going up.

I don't think Flagstar wants to help me with my foreclosure

I made my 1st late mortgage payment in oct/07 in which I had let them know in advance hoping they would at least waive the late payment which they denied so I figured they were not going to help in any way.

5 months behind and it is not looking good for me

I am about 5 months behind on our mortgage, I am on s.s. disability and my husband works but I am still having problems trying to get things paid. With the rising gas prices and food prices and all my medications it is very hard, plus I am raising my 16 year old granddaughter on top of all that.
