Loan Modification with Chase
We don't want to lose our home, work has been slow and my health and child have been having medical problems and things just seem to keep getting worse instead of better. We can't afford our payment now and need a loan modification with Chase.

Deed in lieu of foreclosure with Chase
I have a home in Indiana that i told Chase i could no longer afford and wanted to work something out with them. They said they would not talk to me when i am current. Now I am not current and they dinged my credit and call me everyday for payment.

Stop foreclosure on my home
I am currently trying to work out a program with Bank of America. We worked out a payment to stop foreclosure which i sent on time. it got applied to the wrong loan so it took longer to be put on the right loan.

Flagstar isn't helping me
Started with a search on Lendingtree to see what we needed to be approved to buy the house we were renting when owner's put it up for sale. That house would not appraise for loan (according to Flagstar loan officer) so we began search for house since were were pre-approved by lender.

IT APPEARS WELLS FARGO WILL FORECLOSE ON ME
WELLS FARGO HAS ALREADY STARTED FORECLOSURE PROCESS BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY THE AMOUNT AGREED UPON IN COURT TO PREVENT FORECLOSURE AND LOWER MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS. AT THE TIME I HAD JUST BEEN LAID OFF FROM WORK. I'VE RECENTLY GONE BACK TO WORK AND DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY HOUSE.

I need help with Wells Fargo
I have received a foreclosure notice tonight from Wells Fargo. I have been working with their loan modification department and have been told the loan is being evaluated and I would have a decision by next Friday.

loan modification with American Home Mortgage?
It is my understanding that Option One does not exist any longer and they were bought and shut down by American Home Mortgage. I recd a letter to this effect two summers ago, but can not find proof of the death of Option One. Need proof for case. I am fighting to save my home.

Loan Modification with Suntrust
Have been trying to my loan modified with Suntrust since March of 2009. They would not do anything for me in March, so I enlisted the help of a local state of Ohio agency.

I thought the Loan Modification was supposed to help our situation... it didn't
We were in a Chapter 13 and converted it into a Chapter 7. We have been trying to work on a loan modification with our mortgage company but the modification is too high and the interest rate is high.
