Am I another number to Citi Residential or do they care?
Hello, Although I didn't like reading the stories out there but it was good to know I am not the only one dealing with issues with Citiresidential/AMC. I need help finding assistance getting out of my ARM. Currently facing possible foreclosure with Citi Residential Lending (use to be AMC).

Does no job = foreclosure with Countrywide?
I lost my job in December, but we have paid our mortgage without fail until 2 months ago. Countrywide has us in "default" status until 4/17. At that time, if we do not pay our past due amount by then, they will "begin foreclosure process".

WHat options do I have while in Bankruptcy?
I am self employed, and in active bankruptcy (filed in 2005). I have missed a payment in 2006, 2007, and now last month. Which now totals 3 payments. I have received papers indicating that HSBC is going to try to have the bankruptcy lifted in order to proceed with foreclosure.

What can I do if my house that is in foreclosure was burned down?
My house is in foreclosure. There was a house fire, the house was considered a total loss by the insurance company, but it was under insured. The mortgage company will not apply the insurance to the loan. I have someone who will purchase the house for the remainder of the balance of the loan.

I seem to be getting further and further behind because my rate keeps increasing
I live in North Carolina. The house in question is my home in New Smyrna Beach Florida. I have an ARM which I obtained two years ago. I intended to have the home sold within l8 months after getting the ARM and I needed cash due to family situations.
I have managed to avoid foreclosure once but I am still in trouble
My loan just keeps going up, I have pulled it out of foreclosure once already last summer and now the payment has gone up over $300.00. My credit score is so bad from a recent divorce and the fact that I have been late on my mortgage payments that NO ONE it seems is willing to refinance me.

I don't want to go bankrupt and I can't afford the house
I can't explain in this forum how I got so far in debt, so I bring home $2600.00 a month and my bills to pay are $3400.00. I would like info on "Deed in Leu" I can not borrow any more money from my mom, however I can move in with her. My credit is now shot, 518 score in the past year.

I want to get rid of this home even if I have to take a loss
My mortgage payments started out at $495.00 per month. Now it is 657.00 per month without including escrow for property insurance.

I can afford this, why won't they listen and help me avoid foreclosure?
I have had a lot of unexpected expenses. House got annexed into the city 2 years ago. Had to put city taxes on my escrow, made payment go up 100.00 in2007. lateral line on septic tank got hole in it. insurance at work went up 100 month. having to pay 200.00 a month to city for annexation.

Our home was sold, what are my rights
Our home in NC was sold at auction on the courthouse steps due to foreclosure. The bank was the highest bidder and bought the loan back. My question is that there was a $150,000.
