Countrywide will not talk to me because they say I am not on the loan
I am not sure what is going on with my house. We bought this house on March 8 2007 though countrywide. I was to be the buyer and my mother in law my co signer, but the whole thing is messed up. I am now nothing and my mother in law is the buyer. I don't know what to do. I put up 8000.
My ex is supposed to help me pay the mortgage... he won't
I am going through a difficult divorce with a husband who abandoned all financial responsibilities with regard to our home well over a year ago. I had been struggling to keep the payments current and simply can not do it anymore.

I fell for the Nigerian check fraud, now I am facing foreclosure
My situation started seven months ago. My family was victim to cashiers check fraud(Nigerian check fraud scam) for more than two thousand dollars. At the same time frame, our current tenants at the house we are having problems bounced three checks with us.

ARM'd and not ready
I currently due for my 4/08 payment. I just paid my 3/08 payment on 3/25/08. The problem is when I bought my house I didn't realize I signed for an arm. And now I'm realizing that my rate will change every 6 months. I need a fixed rate as soon as possible.

Can I divorce Countyywide?
I am getting divorced. We have had the house for sale for over a year and dropped the price 30k since we started. We can no longer drop the price or we wont even break even. Neither one of us can afford the house on our own. We dont know what else to do.
My payments went up $54 a month... I didi not authorize that
Indymac gave me until April 10, 2008 to come up with $836 dollars. I will be making $400 April 4th toward this balance. But will not be able to make the remaining payment until April 18th.

Can HSBC take my money and still foreclose?
I was served foreclosure papers in may 2007. In October 2007, HSBC told me if I gave them $9000 by October 30, 2007, that would bring my account current. It has been 3 months since I made the $9000 payment and HSBC refuses to accept my monthly mortgage payments and refuses to contact me.

Why does the foreclosure process continue until there is a formal workout
I had a job for 18.5 years when I lost it in January of 2007. I was on unemployment but it was not enough to cover all my bills. I took my 401K and paid my mortgage with it until it ran out in September of 2007. I had not found a job until December 18th thru a temporary company.

Flip flop and HSBC could lead to foreclosure
We were trying to sell our home before our ARM adjusted. HSBC said we did not qualify for their hardship program. So the only company that would do a refi was Citfinancial. We didn't realize that is a loan from hell. The payment is way to much which leaves us falling behind on all our other bills.
A friend is in foreclosure and she needs help with Countrywide
I am sending this for a friend. I not sure about how much he owes. But, I know he is in trouble and about to lose his home soon. Just trying to see if anything could be done to stop foreclosure. Any information would be appreciated. Here is a letter from her.
