I need help catching up

Has anyone had any success with American Home Mortgage (AMH) in avoiding foreclosure?
We have had a very bad stroke of luck with this.
What notices do you receive before the foreclosure happens?
I have just received a notice to foreclose and I am looking for help. I have had some difficult times that have affected my pay. I have never been late until the last few months. I am seeking someone to help me to save my home for my family.

I have stopped the Sherrif's Sale 4 times, they are after my equity
Had 4 stays of sheriff sale. Never have correct figures. Where ordered by court 3 times to produce figures. Ex: $17000.00 for home owners insurance. $11,000.00 for flood insurance. I paid homeowners $4000.00 and flood was $360 per year.

I am now going to be late on my mortgage for the first time.
We have never been late with the mortgage payments. My husband collects unemployment and I work a low wage job. I do not have the money to pay my current mortgage and I am going to be late for the first time. Our credit scores are decent, how will the effect anything.

I filed bankruptcy (chapter 7) last year. Currently My wife and trustee own the house. We are selling the house. however we got very low offer from buyer. My wife did not agree to sell the house. Now she wants to keep it. To do this.

Will Freemont refi us at a lower rate, I need some time
I am currently paying $2050 a month. I received a letter for intent to foreclose. It says I have until May 15th to pay the past due which is $4099.55. My fiance lost his job and he won't have a unemployment check until may 16-17th.

Is there a better way with EMC
have been talking to the mortgage company and they still want us to pay $2273 a month which is way too high. We would like to get back into our house but are now sure how we can meet the mortgage company's demands of $1500 down and $2273 a month.
Hope Now will not help... what good are they?
My home is currently in the beginning stages of foreclosure but no sale date has been set yet. I have already spoken with a bankruptcy attorney but truthfully cannot afford to file chapter 13. This would add $500/month to my already out of reach mortgage payment of $2357.

My wife balmes me for geting this mortgage with Well Fargo
This is a condo that was bought in FL. Wife was the co-signer. Separated from her a couple of months ago. We both make good money but the money was going to my other home in NJ mortgage, equity line of credit, utilities bills, day care, insurance, car lease, partial support of in-laws etc. etc.
