How do I negotiate with GMAC
I filed bankruptcy (chapter 7) last year. Currently My wife and trustee own the house. We are selling the house. however we got very low offer from buyer. My wife did not agree to sell the house. Now she wants to keep it. To do this.

Will Freemont refi us at a lower rate, I need some time
I am currently paying $2050 a month. I received a letter for intent to foreclose. It says I have until May 15th to pay the past due which is $4099.55. My fiance lost his job and he won't have a unemployment check until may 16-17th.

Is there a better way with EMC
have been talking to the mortgage company and they still want us to pay $2273 a month which is way too high. We would like to get back into our house but are now sure how we can meet the mortgage company's demands of $1500 down and $2273 a month.
Hope Now will not help... what good are they?
My home is currently in the beginning stages of foreclosure but no sale date has been set yet. I have already spoken with a bankruptcy attorney but truthfully cannot afford to file chapter 13. This would add $500/month to my already out of reach mortgage payment of $2357.

My wife balmes me for geting this mortgage with Well Fargo
This is a condo that was bought in FL. Wife was the co-signer. Separated from her a couple of months ago. We both make good money but the money was going to my other home in NJ mortgage, equity line of credit, utilities bills, day care, insurance, car lease, partial support of in-laws etc. etc.

My ex-fiance almost gambled away my home... I rolled the dice and he is gone
I was living with an ex-fiance who became a gambler, and has caused me to become behind. I had problems getting rid of him, but he is gone now I am able to afford my mortgage without him, he is not on my mortgage & I can afford it without him. My checking account has been in the neg.

I have had some terrible setbacks, now I am facing foreclosure
In two years I've lost a finger blown out my knee and to make it worse I had a 360 back surgery. They put a plate in my back and told me I would get better in 6 months. That was a year and six months ago. I've now been told I can no longer work at all.
