How can I get current?
I have been trying to work with Citi Mortgage, but they are being difficult. They are aware my husband was out of work, but now we make more money and are ready to become current on the loan. Instead of helping with a forbearance or loan modification, they sent a letter threatening to foreclose.

Filed Bankruptcy 2 times to try and stop foreclosure, why can' there be an easier way
My boyfriend and i bought this house together. I filed bankruptcy in july of 07 and of coarse it was dismissed. In august of this past year my boyfriend file and same story. I have worked for the same company for 4.5 yrs.

Wells Fargo says we have a negative surplus and wants to foreclose
We have cash flow. We can afford our debts and obligations, and will have a chance ot get caught up within 90 days. Wells Fargo wants to foreclose, apparently, and I just need help stopping that process for 90 days. If we could refinance some debt, we'd be out of the woods forever.
Please help me Stop the Foreclosure without filing Bankruptcy
I don't want to file bankruptcy. If at all possible we would like to do a deed in lieu, we have only missed this months house payment, but we will no longer be able to make it due to loss of wages and medical condition.

Should I file bankruptcy to save my home... will it save my home from foreclosure?
I lost my job, after 12 years, having medical problems. I have yet to be able to claim unemployment benefits, and to the advice of my cardiologist, have filed for disability. My monthly house payment is $690, with a fixed interest rate of 5.75%.

What else can I do, I have squeezed everything I can to make the payments
The house appraised as the house with 5 acres, not the whole 13+ acres. We spent aprox $25,000 on fence, hot tub, barn maintenance and pool. I believe it would appraise for more.

I have reached my limit with Citi Residentail, I don't know what to do now.
I have reached my limit. Anytime I contact my lender, first of all your on hold for hours, then when you do get someone they don't know anything and have to transfer you, then you end up talking to a recording. Its very frustrating. I have nothing else left. I cant do this anymore.

I need help coming up with a downpayment to them
I lost my job and that was the reason I fell behind on my payments. The past due amount is 4480.00. Saxon loss mitigation specialists said I could pay the past due amount and that they will work with me on the legal fees. the problem is that I do not have that much money.
