Is there anyhting we can do if EMC wants mroe on a payment plan than we can afford
we have tried to work with EMC and they have put us on payments in 6 month plans but the amount is way too high and they will not reduce or refinance.

We separated but the mortgage did not
Mortgage was shared between me and my spouse and we separated. I was not able to keep up with payments on my own at first and the payments racked up. The agreement made with the bank was just to high to keep up with.

Why does it take so long to get an answer from EMC
I contacted EMC Modification Department in January 2008 about ARM increase due to take effect in March 2008 and that there would be no way I could make the new payments.I was told by EMC Modification Agent Cory/Tamara that Modification paperwork would be sent to me in 2-3 business days.
Nobody bought the house, what can I do
My Mort.called after the sheriff sale in Dec, stating nobody bought the house. They have it listed for sale. On the Dec call, they told me I have to be out 6-21-08.

What are the ramifications of a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure
We do not currently live in the home. We had to leave the state of MI for my husband to find a job. (we now live in GA) The payment with taxes and homeowners insurance is closer to $1200.
My family's been through a lot of grief and this is unbearable
I've been living separate from my wife for about a year, and our house, where she and our kids live is mortgaged in her name only, but both our names are on the deed. Her brother died of cancer recently, contributing to her already chronic depression.

Who can qualifiy for a partial claim?
I really want to save our house and our credit. I am also interested in possible finding more information about the partial claim. What happens after the partial claim is completed. My husband and I fell behind due to him having a tumor under his arm. He was off on disability for 4 months.

Is our only option a Short Sale
Our situation is that we bought our house for 170,000.00 21 months ago. We have tried to put it on the market because we are moving out of the area by summer, but the realtors have informed us that the house now is only worth approximately 130,000.00.

Should I file bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure?
I would really like some kind of advice on what to do i'm about to lose my home and I have been every where and have talked to lot's of people but no one can help cause it is to late if I can file bankruptcy and save my home please help me cause I really need the help as much as I can get it.

What does Stop foreclosure mean... can it be done in my case?
There has already been a sheriff's sale on my property and my redemption period is almost up. I'm just interested in all of the claims the companies can 'stop a foreclosure'.
