Chase told me to miss payments
I am a Chase Customer. Last year I also asked for a loan modification due to back surgery and health issues etc. I was advised that since I wasn't past due Chase could not do anything. I was advised to stop paying the mortgage and then they would help me.

Avoid foreclosure with Bank of America
I am several months behind on my mortgage due to some hardships I have experienced in the past year. I received foreclosure papers yesterday. I have been trying since January 2010 to get assistance from Bank of America but they are unable or unwilling to help me.

Loan Modification with GMAC
I have a loan with GMAC. I went with a loan modification company called savemyhomeusa. I was informed by them to not pay any money to the lender that would mess up the process. I found out after they received my money they then closed their doors. I can not get anyone at GMAC to work with me.

We can't get a loan modification with Select Portfolio
My husband and I have been separated on and off for the past four years and are currently living and own two homes. We need help so we can keep both homes and avoid foreclosure. We are behind on both mortgages and have lots of student loans.

I need a loan modification right away
I have to save my home immediately. My home is going to be put up for foreclosure auction if I can't get a loan modification with Chase. I need help getting it modified right away. Please help me.

Need them to hold off
I just need them to hold off until I get my taxes so I can catch the past due amount up. Will a forbearance or repayment plan stop the foreclosure? Wells Fargo acts like they won't help. They want their money now. If I had it, I would give it to them.

I want foreclosure help
I would like to restructure or modify my mortgage to a more manageable monthly payments. I don't want to have to do bankruptcy and ruin my credit. All I want is some foreclosure help to get a loan modification that will lower my interest rate.

We need help with a Forbearance
The biggest problem is when the economy crashed last year, we were cut in hours which is when it became a struggle to get the payments in on time.

I have tried to work something out with Homcomings but can't get it done
We tried and tried to get Homecomings to work with us when our rate was to go up. They sent me a letter saying that I didn't seem to have a problem making the payment of 1708.00 a month, so they would not work with us. We had to file bankruptcy because they would help us out.

God is on control... we trust that
We are at our wits end with this situation. We have lived in our home for 15 years and this is taking an emotional toll on us. There have been circumstance beyond our control with the economy and we just don't know where to turn.
