Chase will not communicate with me in writing
House is in CO, Chase has refused all attempts at contact unless on phone, which i will not do. Every thing i do with them has been in writing after a lesson learned. House is under a sale contract finally but chase is not cooperating.

Here is my situation with HSBC
I am current with all bills including my mortgage payment but have had to put some living expenses on credit cards in order to make ends meet. I do not wish to continue in this pattern. I also do not wish to proceed down the path of foreclosure.

Can I assume a loan that is in foreclosure?
I am a renter of this property for 6 1/2 years paying $1645/mo. The owner is willing to sell to me before foreclosure is finalized. I am a retire veteran with $5000+ income per month. This loan is serviced by America's Servicing Company for the Bank of New York.

I need help getting Ocwen to stop the foreclosure
We got trapped into a subprime arm. we lost two months of income afterward to the IRS and have had loan difficulties ever since. the monthly payment has now doubled and we just received a demand letter from an attorney giving notice under the fair debt collections act.

How can I get a loan modification approved?
I was doing a short sell, due to AMC not letting me know about loan modification. Citi informed me on November 26. So I applied. They did not tell me I needed a down payment. I would like some information on the loan modification process.

Active duty does not have to lead to foreclosure
It is too bad when a mortgage company forecloses on a family… it is another thing when they do it to an active military family. If you find your self in foreclosure and you or your spouse is in active duty there are things that you can do to stop the foreclosure.
