Help get loan modification with Citi Mortgage
I was told to fill out hardship package for a loan modification. The loan is behind from helping family members and a few unforeseen repairs. I have had the same job for 24 years making $70,000/yr. No one will help guide me in the right direction and the lawyer is working quickly on foreclosure.

Citi Mortgage will foreclose on me
Citi Mortgage has unapplied funds in my account. I get different answers from different people. I followed the instructions from one representative and it was bad information. I never get the same info each time I talk to them. They will set a foreclosure sale date soon.

Citi Mortgage won't help avoid foreclosure
I have been trying to do a workout plan or forbearance through citi mortgage and even though I have confirmation pages where I sent them proof of income documents by fax (which they require) they are saying if they did receive them that they were unable to read them.

FORBEARANCE HELP WITH CITI MORTGAGE
I HAVE MORTGAGE THROUGH CITI MORTGAGE. I HAVE TRIED TO TELL THEM WHEN I CAN PAY AND THEY WILL TELL ME GIVE THEM 15 DAYS TO DECIDE IF THEY WILL ACCEPT THAT. I AM 4 MONTHS BEHIND DUE TO DECREASE IN JOB SITUATION AND MEDICAL AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT TO THEM WITH NO RESULTS IN BETWEEN.

Forbearance with Citi Mortgage
I have been informed that I can work a repayment plan with Citi Mortgage to get the account out of foreclosure but I will have to pay half of the owed amount plus legal fees to do so. My mother has recently past leaving me with no savings after her final expenses to contribute to this.

Husband lost his overtime
My husband worked 14 years, 7 days a week with overtime and then the overtime was lost and he was no longer getting overtime. We lost $2,000 a month due to this cut of overtime.

I just received notice of the beginning of the foreclosure process and am trying to work out repayment with citi mortgage but am waiting to receive a "fees" list from the attorney. I am 4 months behind on my mortgage because I missed work due to surgery.

How do we get a Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure?
I am requesting a Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure. I have been on disability for six years and have not lived in the home since April, 2003. Home has been rented three times, resulting in renter abandoning property, listed for sale by Realtor the rest of the time, and currently listed.
