I need my payments lowered.
I really want to be able to stop the foreclosure. I need my payments lowered in the process. I need a loan modification with Chase. I need help, please help me. I had two different buyers and that is partly why I got behind. Otherwise i never was behind up until this past year.

Can anybody help with Chase?
Chase refuses to negotiate. They had previously made a loan modification, and collected payments, but withdrew the loan modification without cause or notification. Chase has mostly refused to communicate with my court- designated loan modification representative or myself.

I need help catching up
Need help immediately...but not sure if I can trust anyone. For that matter just scared of losing money that I don't have in the first place!! I can afford my payments now.

Chase denied my loss mitigation!
We attempted loss mitigation (which was denied) and foreclosure has begun... we are looking to get back on track somehow, which to get back to that point it will cost about $4000... Would restructuring be an option? We have our mortgage through Chase and they are telling us they can't do it.

I need help completing a Short Sale
My employment was terminated on 01/27/09. I was transferred to Florida from Oklahoma in 2007. Since then, I have tried to sell my condo myself. I contacted Chase Mortgage and told them of my situation. They told me it had to be on MLS for at least 3 months. Now, it has been 6 months on MLS.

I am looking for a non-profit organization that can assist me in get my home loan modified. I am up-sided down on my mortgage. I am current on both my first and second mortgage, as well as my taxes. I behind in paying my lender what I own.

I need to sell both my homes to avoid being foreclosed
I am considering short selling my two properties. each property is financed by a different bank. bank of america and chase manhattan bank. i live in one and rent the other out. each has a mortgage of $639K. they are now each worth $485K. i am losing money with each monthly payment.

Pre-payment penalty questions
I don't know if you can help me. I live in Dothan, AL and I purchased a home with Chevy Chase Home Mortgage Co. I went through a broker for a loan called a (MTA), and I guess it wasn't fully explained to me and my wife. I also was told there was no pre pay in Alabama.

If you delay... your home will be sold.
If you get a letter from a Sheriff telling to get out of the house... you have waited too long. If your home is sold at an auction then the next step is to get an eviction letter from the sheriff. There is very little that can be done if your home has already been auctioned.
