Who is Cenlar?
My loan was moved from Taylor Bean & Whitaker to Cenlar. I don't know anything about them. I sure hope they are better than TBW. I was trying to get a forbearance, loan modification, or some other repayment plan so I can avoid foreclosure. I don't want to do a bankruptcy and ruin my credit.

Sell and avoid foreclosure, that easier said than done
We fell behind when my husband and I were contemplating a divorce. Now he has relocated to Chicago and I have the home for sale, but no one has made any offers and we are $7000 behind.

A seperation has me behind, I want to save my home
This mortgage company has been very willing to work with me in the past. My marriage ended in 2005 and even though mine and my husband's name are both on the loan (we are legally separated) he has not paid any money on the mortgage.
