Forbearance with Beneficial
Was unemployed for 6 months. Have been trying to keep up on bills but has not been possible. Next month will start earning my manager salary and will hopefully start to catch up. But Beneficial says they need lump sum of $12,000+ or foreclosure.

Does Beneficial do Loan Modification?
We fell behind on our payments when my husband's bring home income dropped 25%. Beneficial has told us that they don't do modifications or refinances. Other so called modification companies pretty much told us to spend less on utilities and food.

Loan Modification with Beneficial
Beneficial reduced our payments on a trial loan modification last year from $830.00 to $641.02, but it only lasted six months. We do not want to lose our home. We can't afford the regular payment, but we can afford a loan modification if Beneficial will allow one.

I need to stop foreclosure process. I am trying to bring my mom's monthly payments up to date, with Beneficial, home is still on the foreclosure list how can I get it off the list. Beneficial refuses to give any information to her.

Don't let Beneficial Foreclose on My Home
I am about $20k behind in my mortgage due to immigration and professional issues - which have been worked out. I talked to Beneficial in December, they were going to send me a new agreement (forbearance) to get my past debt paid off then I heard nothing from them.

I do NOT want to file bankruptcy. I am working with a councelor @ HSBC Beneficial. However...my payment for my original loan was $1396...on hardship it was reduced to $853.50 with a temporary loan modification...I lost my job after 33 years of service...

We need a deed in lieu of forclosure with Beneficail to be approved
I would like to do a deed in lieu of forclosure. I've had my house on the market for at least 6 months and not even one bite. Beneficial temporarily lowered my payments for six months and I'm still unable to pay them.

Will my second Mortgage Foreclose?
My first mortgage is current, and my 2nd mortgage was behind, we received a letter from a law firm for our second mortgage threating us with a law suit, I contacted them and paid what was behind on the second mortgage. I then contacted Beneficial to refinance the house but they denied us.

I can't afford my home, taxes or insurance... what now?
My mortgage company failed to put my insurance and real estate taxes in escrow, which I had asked for, and now my insurance has been canceled and I don't know whether my taxes have been paid.

Benificial may force me to lose my home to foreclosure
This is my situation and it needs to be read carefully to fully understand how things have reached this point.
In December of 2006, I contacted my mortgage company Beneficial to refinance my home. At this time I owed approximately $91,000.
