Egypt, Obama and HAMP Program
After two years of the Obama Administrations effort to Stop Preventable Foreclosures the Country is in worst shape now than it was in 2008 when the crisis started. We all know the damage the governments effort, HAMP, has caused families, community, cities and the economy overall.

Please help me with Bank of America
Bank of America has lied to me about loan modification then they tell me I need to reapply because cause they can't accept the form that they told me to down load off of their web site and complete and fax them back to them which I did.
Does Bank of America give loan modification?
In the last year we have had many unexpected events that have caused us to get behind. We have tried to work things out with Bank of America but the more we pay the more they ask for and we never get current.

Help with Loan Modification
I have entered the Loan Modification program of HAMP Program with Bank of America on 07/10/2010. On November 21st they decided I don't qualify because I don't have enough income. And of course I didn't have because i gave birth to my baby boy on June 15, 2010.

Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure or Foreclosure
I am behind on the payments and Bank of America is talking about foreclosing and I was wanting to know if I could have a deed in lieu of foreclosure done on the loan so it wouldn't be as bad as a foreclosure on my credit.
Bank of America told me to miss payments
When we were first late i tried contacting Bank of America. They are absolutely NO help. Our second mortgage is up to date. If we can stay in house, we can start making Payments on time. We tried 3 different community and state programs with NO luck.

Loan Modification to stop foreclosure
Two years ago we took in a family who lost their home and had no place to go. With the additional financial responsibility we began to fall behind in our mortgage with Bank of America and other bills.

Bank of America is impossible to work with
I have been working with Bank of America for year and a half. They have been no help at all. They keep asking for the same paper work that I have already sent them. I never get to talk to the same person and have to go through all the info each time.
Bank of America isn't helping
I have been on the MHA program making trial payments on-time since April 2010. I was just informed via phone that I am denied due to two modifications in 2008 (within the same year). However, my original mortgage payment on my first was $3003.00.
Partial Claim with Bank of America
I bought my home for my 4 children and myself. I lost my job of 8 years in January 2009. I kept making payments with savings and unemployment benefits. I called once a month to Countrywide to inform them that I was looking for work and if they had any options available.
