What can be done to avoid foreclosure?
I have an adjustable rate mortgage that Bank of America refuses to modify to a fixed rate. Currently I can afford payments but when interest rates rise we will be priced out of our home. Seeking advisement on what can be done to avoid foreclosure.

I want to avoid foreclosure
We are in foreclosure - we were just turned down for a loan modification. We have talked to credit counselors twice.
I haven't heard from Bank of America
I have not received any communication from Bank of America in several weeks. I am scared they will take my home. I don't know what to do. Help!!
High risk pregnancy and can't work
My husband is the only one working and i got laid off after having our baby. I didn't even get to go back to work and now i am pregnant again and can't work because i am high risk. We are behind and we would love to save our home we just need a little help.

How do I respond to my 20 day letter?
I have just been served a summons that I have to respond to within 20 days with a written answer. I don't know what I am suppose to do. I would like to stay in the house longer, but I simply cannot afford the payments. Bank of America is not helping me avoid foreclosure. I need a loan modification.

Bank of America won't budge.
Our lender won't budge. We both have great jobs now and they won't do a thing. Bank of America is very difficult to deal with. We can afford our payments now, but don't know how to get back on track.

Short Sale or Deed In Lieu with Bank of America?
We were in foreclosure, so we moved out. Then Bank of America decided to hold off on the foreclosure and asked us to put it for sale. They told me that if it doesn't sell they would do a deed and lieu.

Bank of America bought my loan from Countrywide
My Mortgage was bought by Bank of america from Countrywide home loans. Now they say I am 5 months behind and am sure they are working to foreclose. UGH! My friend thinks I should just walk away but not after living here 22 years and not for $8700 debt.
My husband left me
My husband left and stopped paying the mortgage. I don't know what to do until I get a legal separation from him. I don't want to lose my home. I would like a forbearance, modification, payment plan or any other plan to keep my home.

For sale with no reposnse, what can I do now with Bank of America
My home has been on the market for 9 months with no traffic - the market is really depressed right now, and values have declined considerably. We paid $420 for the home with a $320K first mortgage and an $80K second.
