Two years ago we took in a family who lost their home and had no place to go. With the additional financial responsibility we began to fall behind in our mortgage with Bank of America and other bills.

The house is in my mom's name (Dolores), I am Suzie. I am no longer working for the school district I had to leave for medical reasons, I had injured my hand which caused nerve damage.

My husband had been handling (I thought) the mortgage payments with US Bank. I had no idea until I found the Notice of Default two days ago that he has not been making the payments. When he finally tried to make a payment recently, they returned it.

MY HOME WAS BOUGHT IN 1998. IT WAS A FORCLOSURE AND NEEDED EXTENSIVE WORK. EX-HUSBAND AND I GOT A HAL DEBT CONSOLODATION/HOME IMPRO LOAN. $65000.00, 15 YEARS AT 8.2%.WE DIVORCED IN 2002, HE SIGNED OVER HIS PORTION OF THIS HOME TOME AND I DID THE SAME WITH OUR FAMILY HOME. PS.

Litton loan is stating that my loan modification was denied but they were unable to give me a reason at this time. I lost my job last October, paid my loan modification payment at there request per documents from Litton Loan of $1350.48 for four months, but my last payment was sent back.

I have applied for the mortgage loan modification with Bank of America, but prior application was declined. My situation changed, have new job and business doing better, but being behind is very stressful. I want to save my home and catch up. I need a Partial Claim for my FHA loan.

Six months after purchasing the home, the loan was sold to America's Servicing Company (ASC) from Fremont Bank. After the 3 year pre-payment penalty, we began contacting ASC in November of 2007 to review our mortgage and reduce the financing fee of 12%.

We are working on a loan modification with Indy Mac but I am nervous about foreclosure. Please, can anybody help stop the foreclosure process? thanks

We hired a foreclosure company in CA to work with Indy Mac Mortgage Services to secure us a loan modification. Indy Mac has denied the modification and have placed our home in foreclosure. Can this be stopped? We don't have $25,000 to pay them.

I am an RN who until November 2007 was making 75,000 a year and making my mortgage payments fine plus paid an additional 1000.00 on principle in 2008.
