Chapter 13 did not help me get back on track
Please help with this matter, because I thought that filing chapt. 13 bankruptcy would help the situation, but it only made matters worse. This was the the first time that my mother purchased a home of her own, but she passed away before she got to really enjoy it.

Vanderbilt has givin me a drop dead date to avoid the foreclosure
The Lender has given me until the weekend, but the certified letter I received said the amount I believe is about $1,300 (plus it might need additional fees) and the date stated on the letter is March 4, 2009.

Repossession or Foreclosure... what is the difference and which can Vanderbilt do?
I received a court order to appear for repossession of my mobile home in our reservation. I have 20 days to respond back to them. Please help! I do not want to loose my home for my children.

I lost my job and they won't help me
I fell behind on the payments because I got laid off and I had to pay arrearage on my child support for my children. I don't want to lose my home.
