We are in foreclosure - we were just turned down for a loan modification. We have talked to credit counselors twice.

My loan was moved from Taylor Bean & Whitaker to Cenlar. I don't know anything about them. I sure hope they are better than TBW. I was trying to get a forbearance, loan modification, or some other repayment plan so I can avoid foreclosure. I don't want to do a bankruptcy and ruin my credit.

In January 2009 I advised my bank I was behind in payment (I missed Dec 2008) and that I am getting a hardship loan from my job which will be provided in April. But I needed a letter from them stating default in order to get the loan. In Feb.

We have an FHA mortgage and have repeatedly contacted our mortgage company to try to work out payments but they want an ever increase lump sum of money or nothing at all. I have researched FHA loans and there options available for our loan but they refuse to use them.

I have been working with my mortgage company.And they said that i was pre-approved for a partial claim where that a lien is put against my home.Through hud.

I work for the Federal Government; In traveling with my job, I asked a family member to pay my bills while I was away, so that payments wouldn't be late. Sadly, they weren't paying the bills but I didn't find out until it was too late.

I just want to save my home for the sake of my children that I am raising. In process of a divorce. I can afford my payments. I can pay half of my past due payments by February 1, 2007.

We were trying to get it caught up but just hit a bad spot when we had 2 deaths we had to cover expenses for we last sent them a payment of $2577.72 in November last month just need help to keep our home please help us we are due from October 1st SC is a judicial state so that helps right?
